Program Overview. Format: Fulltime (MASc, MEng, PhD), Parttime (MEng) Degree Earned: Master of Applied Science, Master of Engineering or PhD. This unique multidisciplinary program prepares highly qualified graduate students for active roles in enhancing the nations economic, environmental and social development.
Program. Students who commenced the program prior to Fall 2014, should refer to the Program Overview as published in the Ryerson Undergraduate Calendar. The Civil Engineering program curriculum focuses mainly on four areas: environmental, geomatics, structuralmaterials and transportation engineering.
The Double Degree program allows students to obtain a Master of Engineering at Ryerson University (RU) and a Master of Engineering at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HsKA). In order to obtain both degrees, This program consists of a minimum of 2 semesters (8 months) at Ryerson and 2 semesters (12 months) at HsKA.
